AOS will accept returns and exchanges at our physical store or through the mail. Please note: due to liability and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on climbing gear. All sales on climbing gear are FINAL. Turnaround time for Returns/Exchanges, including shipping, is typically close to three weeks. We include the Return, Exchange, repair form to make the process as easy as possible.

- When we receive the item back from the manufacturer we will return the item to you.
